Abstract:
Plants tissue culture is one of the most important and modern techniques that is used in plant propagation and improvement of plants in quantity and quality. Plant tissue culture playing an increasing role in field plant production in industrial countries. Plant tissue culture depends on several factors that help the success of the plant propagation program and the types of tissue that can be grown and propagation.
